Refund & Returns Policy (Digital Products)  

Thank you for choosing Synkora. We aim to provide exceptional digital products designed to support intentional living, productivity, and wellbeing.  

Because all Synkora products are digital files delivered instantly without the ability to be returned, our refund policy is structured in accordance with UK consumer law for digital content.  

 

Digital Products – All Sales Are Final  

As all Synkora items are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges in the following cases:  

  • You changed your mind  

  • Your purchased the item by mistake  

  • You do not have the correct software/device to use the product  

  • You cannot download the file due to a device issue unrelated to Synkora  

  • You expected different features or did not read the product description  

 

When a Refund May Be Considered  

A refund may be issued only if:  

  • The digital file is faulty, corrupted, or cannot be accessed and  

  • We are unable to resolve the issue after troubleshooting with you  

This is a requirement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.  

 

Download Issues  

If your product has not arrived or you cannot access the download link:  

  • Check you spam/junk folder  

  • Confirm the email entered at checkout was correct  

  • Try downloading on a different device or browser  

If you still need help, contact us and we will re-send your files.

Incorrect Email Address  

If an incorrect email was entered during checkout, we will gladly re-send your files to the correct address once verified.  

No refunds can be issued in this scenario, as the product has already been delivered.  

 

Compatibility  

Please ensure your device or app can open PDF files or the specific formats listed on each product page. 

Synkora cannot provide refunds due to incompatible devices or software.  

 

Chargebacks  

Initiating a false or fraudulent chargeback will result in:  

  • Termination of your licence to use the product  

  • A copyright claim and/or legal follow-up if necessary
