All digital product sales are final  

• Once the file has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, no refunds or exchanges are permitted under UK law regarding digital content unless the product is defective.

Card details are processed by Wix and not stored by Synkora.

 

Delivery    

Digital files are delivered electronically via email or immediate download after purchase confirmation.  

 

Intellectual Property  

All Synkora content including digital downloads is legally protected by copyright. You must not:  

• Copy or redistribute designs  

• Modify or share purchased files  

• Claim ownership of our content  

Any breach may result in legal action

We may use external tools or link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, performance, or policies. (TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, etc)  

Use of such service is at your own risk.  

 

Wix Platform Relationship  

Synkora operates independently while using Wix’s platform technology. All data and payments are processed securely by Wix and / or its approved payment partners.  

Wix policies apply to:  

• Payment processing  

• Technical platform data storage
